Margie ShorttMargie has professionally taught dance in Michigan, Illinois, and Florida for the past 60+ years. Margie Shortt Dance Studio has been an icon in Gulf Breeze since 1973. Margie is certified in Tap, Ballet, Acrobatics, Jazz, Baton, and Hawaiian. She is a life time member of Dance Educators of America, Professional Dance Teachers Association, Honorary member of the Pensacola, Press Club, and a member of ASCAP, SESAC, and BMI.

Debbie Shortt BeddowDebbie has had dance education since the day she was born. Debbie has danced in numerous shows such as: The Merry Widow, Carmen, Passion Plays, Pensacola Little Theater Productions, Teen Board Shows, and was once a member of The Pensacola Civic Ballet Company. In addition to her notable performances, Debbie taught children with special needs at Oriole Beach Elementary School. She also assisted the late famed tap dancer, Al Gilbert from Hollywood. Debbie is certified to instruct in Tap, Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Acrobatic dancing.
Sabrina MullinsSabrina has been dedicated to the art of dance her entire life. She started training at the Margie Shortt Dance Studio when she was three years old and continued dancing throughout her childhood. While in college she trained with DTSF at Santa Fe College and performed in shows such as Elements of Style and Radiant Light. In 2022 Sabrina graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. Now she currently instructs classes and choreographs for our dance productions.
Taylor BeddowTaylor started dance training at the Margie Shortt Dance Studio when she was three years old. She continued to train in Tap, Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, and Hip-Hop throughout her childhood. While in high school she danced with the Gulf Breeze High School Dance Team. She now helps choreograph and creates the music for our dance productions.
